Netaji Subhas Open University invites On-line applications for admission to the Ph.D. Programmes for the session January, 2020

On-line applications are invited from Indian nationals for admission to the Ph.D. Programmes under Regular Mode as pervide F.No. 2-1/2017 (DEB-III/DEB-IV) on 19.05.2017,UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degrees) Regulations, 2016and NSOU Ph.D. Regulations.
ELIGIBILITY:
Master Degree holders with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 –point scale (oran equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading is followed) And Qualified at the UGC-NET/ GATE/ SET / UGC –CSIR NET/Teacher Fellowship holder.
RELAXATION OF MARKS:
A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50% or an equivalent relaxation of grade may be allowed for thosecandidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently Abled candidates. The eligibility marks of 55% (or an equivalentgrade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and the relaxation of 5% to the categories mentionedabove are permissible based only on the qualifying marks without including the grace mark procedures.

at www.phd.wbnsouadmissions.com on and from 30.01.2020.
Access to the website will be blocked on 16.02.2020 (10:00 P.M.).
- PH.D. Online Fees Payment : 30.01.2020 to 16.02.2020 (10:00 P.M.).
- Document Verification and Application Form submission at University HQ (Netaji Subhas Open University, DD-26, Sector-I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700064) : 18.02.2020 to 20.02.2020.
